- That's me and my mom. I'm Rajee living with my family in coppell, texas. Cooking at home is just fun and entertainment. I dont deserve it as a punishment. I love to add spice to my everyday cooking. Simple recipes, but tasty meals are my concern in my daily cooking. I love baking and love to learn everything that comes from baking kitchen but I prefer to use less butter and sugar.

Thnx for ur comment Rajee..Sugar just makes the pudi not too hot or tangy, an added flavour. My mom adds sugar to the pudis which we have with dosas. However, you can leave it out.
YUM! Unfortunately it's still pretty cold here...sooo we're not really into anything summery yet - but I wish we were!
